A total of 33 teens from across the state will compete for the title of Miss Alabama Teen USA 2024 on Friday and Saturday, May 31-June 1, at Auburn University’s Gogue Performing Arts Center. (See names and photos in the gallery above.)
Tickets cost between $45 and $100 and can be purchased through the Gogue Center website, by phone at 334-844-8497 or at the box office at 910 S. College St. in Auburn.
The pageant runs alongside the 2024 edition of Miss Alabama USA and will feature 34 women.
Miss Alabama USA Teen 2023 Kenzie Collins will honor her successor in the finals, followed by Miss Alabama USA 2023 Sophie Burzynski. Neither pageant will be televised, but live streams of the preliminary rounds on May 31 and the finals on June 1 will be available online on Pageants Live. Access costs $40 for a two-night package, and the stream begins at 7 p.m. Central time.
How to use:
Miss Alabama Teen USA contestants are judged in three categories: personal interview, activewear, and evening gown. Miss Alabama USA replaces the activewear with a swimsuit competition, but the other two elements of the competition remain the same.
Voting for the People’s Choice Award is open online and guarantees a place in the semi-finals. Visit the Miss Alabama USA website to vote for your favorite Miss and Teen and help your state win the crown. There is a $1 fee to vote. Voting closes on Saturday, June 1 at noon CST.
The winner will compete for Miss USA and Miss Teen USA later this year.
