Broadcast veteran and Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics and Collegiate Recreation Matt Hogue will move to a new position in the Thomas W. Edwards and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Arts, effective July 15, 2024. and will lead this effort. Hogue was named interim director of athletics in 2014, became director of athletics in 2015, and was promoted to vice president in April 2021. Hogue was named the 2020-21 Athletics Director of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Athletic Directors. He is one of only four players to win this award at the FBS level.
