In a shocking statistical fact, it has been revealed that Pakistan’s cricket team has never been able to score more than 200 runs since the 2022 T20 World Cup.

In the recently concluded five-match T20I series, Pakistan faced third-placed New Zealand, which ended in a 2-2 draw, before the hosts registered a nine-run victory in Rawalpindi in the final T20I to level the series.

The series saw the return of Babar Azam as the T20I team captain in place of Shaheen Afridi, with the Men in Green aiming for glory at the upcoming 2024 T20 World Cup.

But they are facing serious batting problems, especially considering how ruthless batsmen from other countries have been in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). Most of the big names who will feature in the IPL are almost certain to feature in his T20 World Cup in 2024.
