She said, “Although the Election Commission has not seen any routine violation of the code of conduct by the Bharatiya Janata Party, even the breathing of an Aam Aadmi Party leader will bring a notice.”

Atishi further said, “If an authoritarian party violates the electoral process and the model code, the ECI will not take any objection. AAP has made Kejriwal’s arrest a central part of its election campaign, encouraging people to vote for the party in response to the chief minister’s arrest. Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21 on charges of irregularities in the excise policy for 2021-22.
