The party had claimed on April 28 that the Election Commission had “banned” its campaign song “Jail ka jamab vote se denge”. However, the pollster said the song violated the commission’s guidelines and advertising rules and asked AAP to amend the song’s content.
Meanwhile, election activities by political parties are in full swing ahead of the third round of Lok Sabha elections on May 7. A total of 94 Lok Sabha seats from 12 states and union territories are scheduled to go to polls on May 7. All 26 Gujarat seats will be voted in one phase on this day. Votes will be counted on June 4th.
