The UAB Excellence in Business Top 25 program, presented by the UAB National Alumni Society, annually recognizes the fastest-growing and most successful businesses owned or operated by UAB alumni.

2023.Top 25UAB National Alumni Society’s Excellence in Business Top 25 Class of 2023.Top companies owned or managed by University of Alabama at Birmingham alumni have been recognized by the UAB National Alumni Association.

This is the 12th year of the UAB Excellence in Business Top 25 program. Selection will be based strictly on revenue growth information collected during the application process. NAS, in partnership with Warren Averett, ranks and verifies nominee companies based on annual growth over the three most recent reporting periods.

Join NAS to celebrate the accomplishments of these outstanding business leaders at a reception and dinner on Thursday, June 13, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., in Alumni House. Tickets to the 2024 awards dinner are $50. Buy tickets online.

This year’s speaker will be Fred Gilbert, DPT, Chief Human Resources Officer at MovementX. He is a graduate of the School of Health Professions in 2022 and he is a recipient of his Excellence in Business Top 25 in 2023. The top three fastest growing companies with revenues of more than $10 million or less than $10 million will also be recognized.
