Prince William visited Fistral Beach and Nanceledan in Cornwall on Thursday. The Prince of Wales took time to tour the Duchy of Cornwall’s upcoming projects, spoke to volunteers and played a game of volleyball at Fistral Beach.

Prince William chose business casual attire for his royal engagement. The royal wore a coordinating light blue button-down shirt, with her coat sporting a dark blend weave of a check pattern on her window pane. The Prince of Wales paired this look with navy trousers and a belt with a silver buckle.

Prince William made his business casual look even more relaxed as he arrived at Fistral Beach. The member of the British royal family decided to take off his sport coat and roll up the sleeves of his dress shirt for a walk on the sand. Prince William then played a game of beach volleyball with the visiting children.
The Prince of Wales’s visit to Fistral Beach was an official royal engagement to meet with representatives of local organizations working to promote safety across the ocean and beaches ahead of the busy summer season. . In addition to his visit to Fistral Beach, Prince William’s stay in Nansledan was related to projects the royal family is working on.

Nanceledan is the site of the Duchy of Cornwall’s first innovative housing project to help tackle homelessness. The project will be run in parallel with Cornish charity St Petrox. The initiative will provide comprehensive support to local people experiencing homelessness in 24 homes.
Throughout 2024, Prince William continued to make numerous royal appearances. Last February, the Prince of Wales attended the BAFTAs wearing a blue velvet blazer. Alongside his royal duties, Prince William also takes care of his family, with his son Prince Louis turning six in April and his daughter Princess Charlotte turning nine on May 2.
