Pakistan reiterated on Tuesday that it completely rejects the “anti-Pakistan” rhetoric of Indian leaders during the Lok Sabha elections. The country’s Ministry of External Affairs said it was witnessing an “alarming spike” in statements and allegations related to various topics, including the Jammu and Kashmir issue. conflict.
Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued another official memo regarding the statements made by Indian political leaders. “We are witnessing an alarming spike in anti-Pakistan statements by various Indian leaders during the ongoing Lok Sabha election campaign. [outrightly] “We reject these irresponsible statements, which cover a wide range of topics including the Jammu and Kashmir conflict, counterterrorism efforts, the current state of bilateral relations, and nuclear capabilities.”
Two weeks ago, India’s neighbors also called on Indian leaders to stop dragging the country down with their speeches for political gain during elections. Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch told a press conference that Islamabad rejects all claims made by Indian leaders over Jammu and Kashmir.
“Indian politicians should stop their reckless act of drawing Pakistan into India’s populist public discourse for electoral motives,” she said.
She further said, “We are witnessing an alarming surge in provocative statements by Indian leaders alleging unwarranted claims to Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan rejects these claims. This inflammatory rhetoric, fueled by excessive nationalism, poses a serious threat to peace and sensibility in the region.”
Zahra argued that the Indians were making claims that were contrary to historical and legal facts. “Historical, legal facts and reality refute India’s baseless claims to Jammu and Kashmir,” she said.
India has so far rejected such statements by Pakistan on the Kashmir issue. The Ministry of External Affairs has repeatedly asserted that “The Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and the Union Territories of Ladakh are and will continue to be an integral and inalienable part of India.” No other country is in a position to comment on the same thing. ”
