SAN FRANCISCO — Shohei Ohtani had a solo home run and an RBI double among his three hits, and the National League West-leading Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the rival San Francisco Giants 10-2 on Tuesday night.
Ohtani’s 12th home run highlighted the fourth run of the game, capped off by Gavin Lux’s RBI triple. Teoscar Hernandez hit a home run double and Max Muncy hit a sacrifice fly in the first inning to assist Gavin Stone (4-1). Hernandez then contributed by hitting a two-run triple.
Will Smith hit an RBI single for the fifth time in the Dodgers’ six-game winning streak dating back to last year. Los Angeles has won 14 of 17 at Oracle Park and 10 of 12 overall against the Giants since the home sweep from June 16-18, 2023.
The Giants had an RBI single by Heriot Ramos in the 6th inning, but the Dodgers added on to the score in the 7th inning with Mookie Betts’ triple and Ohtani’s double.
Miguel Rojas added an RBI double in the ninth inning for the Dodgers.
Stone allowed five hits and one run in six innings, starting his second consecutive game and winning his fourth consecutive game by decision.
Giants starting pitcher Keaton Wynn (3 wins, 6 losses) allowed five hits and five runs over four innings. The right-hander replaced Randy Rodriguez with no outs and second base in the fifth inning.
Athletic trainer Dave Groschner and manager Bob Melvin took to the mound to check on the rookie right-hander, who had lost his third straight start.

Dodgers: Manager Dave Roberts said running back Jason Heyward was healthy and made it through three at-bats with Triple-A Oklahoma City in Sacramento. Hayward had hoped to go to the ballpark and contact the club. … RHP Bobby Miller is scheduled to pitch two simulated innings in Arizona on Wednesday. He was placed on the 15-day injured list on Saturday due to inflammation in his shoulder.
Giants: An MRI scan of OF Lee Jung-hoo’s dislocated left shoulder after colliding with a wall on Sunday revealed structural damage. He met with team doctors on Monday night and will seek a second opinion from Dr. Neal El-Atrace in Los Angeles on Thursday. …LHP Blake Snell (left inner thigh strain) is scheduled to pitch at Triple-A Sacramento on Friday before rejoining the Giants. … Jorge Soler (sore right shoulder) will pitch live and then, if healthy, join Sacramento for a rehab game. … C Patrick Bailey was placed back on his seven-day concussion list retroactive to Sunday. He came off the concussion list Saturday, but has been scratched with cold symptoms the past two days.
