The defense minister accused the Samajwadi Party and the Congress of making every conceivable allegation against the Bharatiya Janata Party.
“The chain on my bicycle (the Samajwadi Party’s election symbol) has come off,” he said.

I can say that Lucknow is among the top 10 cities in the world in terms of development.” Referring to the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and the development of the Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi, Adityanath said the state had become secure during the 10 years under the Modi government.
He pointed to terrorist attacks during the previous administration and criticized the opposition’s “appeasement politics.”
“I want to warn you that people in India are looking at your property,” the prime minister said.
