Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday insisted on a strong government in Pakistan, saying Pakistan had been harassing India for 70 years with bombs in its hands, but now it had a begging bowl. Speaking at an election rally in Ambala, PM Modi asserted that his strong leadership will make opponents think twice before challenging India.
“When there is a ‘Dhakkad’ government in the country, even the enemy will think 100 times before doing any harm,” Modi said.
“Pakistan has been plaguing India for 70 years and has had bombs. TodayBeek ka katra(Begging bowl in hand),” he said, referring to a bailout from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
“When there is a ‘Dakad’ government, the enemy trembles like this,” the prime minister added.
With just over two weeks left until the counting of votes on June 4, Prime Minister Modi expressed confidence in his party’s performance in the ongoing elections.
“Only 17 days left till June 4. After four phases of elections, the Congress and INDI alliance and their friends, political parties have been completely destroyed,” he said.
“Whatever tactics the INDI alliance used for the country, they were all defeated by the people themselves. Haryana is a state where patriotism runs through its veins. Haryana is no stranger to anti-national forces…Haryana are well aware of anti-national forces.

Stating that patriotism runs through the veins of Haryana, Modi said, “The nation understands anti-national forces. Therefore, every house in Haryana is saying ‘Phir Ek Baar’. The crowd responded, “Modi Sarkar.”
Prime Minister Modi accused the Congress party of a history of deception and corruption involving the military.
“The Congress committed the country’s first scam using the military.As long as it remained in power, the Congress continued this track record with new scams.The Bofors scam, the submarine scam, the helicopter scam—Congress used the military to You do that?” You know why, because they want to make a profit in the name of importing weapons from outside. They did not pay heed to the demands of our jawans,” Modi alleged.
“The jawans didn’t even have good rifles. They were given batons and told to stand up to the bullets of the terrorists. When Modi came to power, he said this will not continue now. I have started efforts to make India’s armed forces Atmanirbhar,” PM Modi said.

Voting for Haryana’s 10 Lok Sabha seats will be held on May 25 in the sixth phase of the seven-phase election.
