National Conference President Farooq Abdullah on Sunday asked the Center to order a probe into the previous day’s terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir and called on Pakistan to stop supporting terrorism in the region. Ta.

Has the terror stopped?” Abdullah told reporters on the sidelines of an election rally in Mendhar area of ​​Poonch district.

Referring to the killing of Sheikh, he said that an innocent former sergeant of the Bharatiya Janata Party lost his life in the attack.

“Didn’t he have the right to live? This is a free country and any political party can spread their ideology. There should be an investigation into who killed him, but it’s too soon. ” said North Carolina Secretary of State.

He also demanded an investigation into the attack on tourists in Anantnag.

“If they (the Center) do not respond to an investigation, an international commission should be convened to investigate those responsible for these attacks,” Abdullah said.

He said there will be no peace in the region until terrorism is completely stopped.

“I want to tell neighboring Pakistan to stop terrorism (in JK). Once terrorist activities are stopped, both countries can sit together and resolve the issue,” he said.

Abdullah claimed that Home Minister Amit Shah met the NC detractor during his recent two-day visit to Srinagar.

“He is the Home Secretary and can visit to oversee arrangements. But I heard he had specially invited a few people and the meeting continued past midnight. He met me. “I have never met people who are opposed to our party. Judge for yourself what the purpose of the visit was,” he said.

Prime Minister Abdullah was asked about Apni Party leader Altaf Bukhari’s claim that the Home Minister had come to benefit the NC and PDP ahead of the fifth and sixth term of parliamentary elections, and said that the party and its claims He said he didn’t want to talk about it.

“Who brought guns here (JK) and who started a party to bring guns across the border and target innocent citizens and workers? Who distributed it to the people here?” he said without naming anyone, apparently referring to separatist-turned-mainstream politician Sajjad Lone. is.

Abdullah said he has repeatedly said in Parliament that the same people are now on the side of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
