The Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra will be held in five phases, with the first four phases to be held on April 19, April 26, May 7 and May 13 respectively. The final stage is scheduled for May 20th, after which votes will be counted on June 4th.
Banks in Maharashtra will remain closed on May 20 in view of the fifth phase of general elections. This phase will include voting in 13 of the state’s 48 Lok Sabha constituencies, including Dhule, Dindori, Nashik, Kalyan, Palghar, Bhiwandi and Thane. , North Mumbai, North West Mumbai, North East Mumbai, North Central Mumbai, South Central Mumbai, South Mumbai.
