Current President and CEO, Kevin Mahoney, will remain with the company through a transition period to ensure continuity.
Mr. Flannery most recently served as executive vice president of Topgolf Callaway Brands (NYSE: MODG), a global leader in golf, lifestyle and entertainment brands, where he was responsible for the company’s global apparel and soft goods business. Ta. During his distinguished 30-year career, he has also held executive positions at prominent branded consumer companies such as Adidas, Nike/Nike Bauer Hockey, The North Face, Newell Brands, and Canadian Mountain Holidays. I have held a number of positions.
