Williamsburg Premium Outlets is gearing up for National Outlet Shopping Day with great deals, limited-time giveaways and experiences throughout the center.

Williamsburg Premium Outlets is one of more than 90 Simon Premium Outlets and The Mills locations across the U.S. and Canada celebrating National Outlet Shopping Day 2024. More than 70 Williamsburg Premium Outlets retailers are participating, including Coach Outlet, Sunglass Hut, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, American Eagle Outfitters, Under Armour and Levi’s Outlet.

The event will take place at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets, located at 5715 Richmond Road in Williamsburg, on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9. For the latest information on participating retailers and National Outlet Shopping Day sales, visit the Williamsburg Premium Outlets website

Williamsburg Premium Outlets Welcomes HeyDude

Williamsburg Premium Outlets recently announced the opening of HeyDude near the Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet and Michael Kors Outlet. HeyDude makes shoes for men, women and children.

Additionally, Crocs announced that it has moved to a newly renovated location. Located near Jockey & Carter’s, the retailer recently underwent a complete refurbishment and reopened on May 11th.

Norfolk International Airport, April 2024 Activity Report

Norfolk International Airport (ORF) reported a 5.5% increase in passenger numbers in April to 394,447 passengers, compared to April 2023’s 373,734 passengers.

Last month was the airport’s busiest April in its history, marking the 15th consecutive month of record passenger numbers. Total passenger numbers from January to April increased 10.1% to 1,371,414, up from 1,245,840 for the same period in 2023, the airport said.

In other activity, 3,888,008 pounds of cargo came in and out of the airport in April, down 18.4% compared to April 2023. Cargo pounds shipped from January through April were down 24.2%, to 15,099,378 pounds compared to 19,920,681 pounds in the first quarter of last year.

These figures reflect service by the following scheduled airlines: Allegiant, American, Breeze, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, Spirit, United and their affiliates, as well as charter airlines. All cargo airlines include Federal Express and UPS.

ABNB Federal Credit Union Holds 64th Annual Meeting

ABNB Federal Credit Union held its 64th annual meeting on April 30th.

During the meeting, Landrin Patterson and Wesley M. Parker were each re-elected to three-year terms as trustees. Christopher Clements was elected to a three-year term as trustee.

At a reorganization meeting of the Board of Directors held immediately following the Annual Meeting, the following officers were announced: Marvin Brangan will continue as Chairman, Landrin Patterson will continue as Vice Chairman, and Wesley M. Parker will continue as Treasurer and Secretary.

Aleworks Brewing Company releases “Taste for Thrills” in collaboration with Busch Gardens

Aleworks Brewing Company has announced a new beer, Taste for Thrills, a 5% ABV international lager brewed in collaboration with Busch Gardens to celebrate the 2024 Food & Wine Festival.

The festival will feature a new and improved Loch Ness Monster rollercoaster and classic park attractions, as well as more than 150 international flavours and 85 speciality menu items.

Taste for Thrills will be available around the park on draft and in cans.
