Scurri Acquires HelloDone to Streamline Delivery with GenAI

Delivery Management Platform Scarlet Acquired Hello doneUK-based GenAI provider for retailers and brands.

Through this acquisition, the HelloDone team will join Scurri, combining its knowledge of conversational interfaces with Scurri’s existing product and engineering capabilities. Scurri will also acquire all technology, trademarks, intellectual property and customers. The acquisition will be accomplished through a restructuring with transfer agreement.

In 2023, Scurri reported an increase of more than €12 billion in gross merchandise volume (GMV) of goods processed through its platform. The company provides carrier services to more than 1,000 companies, covering 97% of carriers in the UK.

Scurri works with partners such as UPS, Royal Mail, An Post, HIVED, DHL, TNT, DPD, Yodel and Evri to integrate its technology into their delivery systems.
