After exit polls predicted that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance would retain power at the centre with a landslide majority and win a third consecutive Lok Sabha election, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that while exit polls showed the NDA had won 360 seats, it would likely win more than 400 when the vote goes to vote on June 4.
Commenting on various exit polls released on Saturday, Pramod Sawant said, “In today’s exit polls, different channels and agencies are showing different data but as per the exit polls, it is certain that the BJP-led NDA has won around 360 seats.”

With exit polls predicting that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance will retain power at the Centre with a landslide majority and win India’s third consecutive Lok Sabha election, Rajasthan Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore on Saturday asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left no stone unturned to take the country forward.
Speaking to ANI about the exit polls, Rajayavardhan Singh Rathore expressed his gratitude to the voters of Rajasthan and the Election Commission and said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done his all to take the country forward.”
“The channels must have received instructions from the Prime Minister’s Office,” RJD’s Manoj Jha says about the exit polls.
After the exit poll projections for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections were released, Sena and RJD leader Manoj Jha said he and his party do not believe in exit polls and the opposite has been proven in the 2004 and 2009 Lok Sabha elections.
“I have looked at many exit polls. Neither my party nor I have ever believed it. There are many examples like 2004 and 2009 Lok Sabha elections which prove the opposite. I feel that the channels are taking instructions from the Prime Minister’s Office. They must have spent a lot of money on these channels. I was part of Tejashwi’s election campaign which created a wave of change among the people. I feel we can win more than 25 seats in Bihar,” Manoj Jha said.
