NEW DELHI: Pakistan cricketers are gearing up for their first match of the World T20 against the United States, scheduled to be played on Thursday.

Captained by Babar Azam and coached by Gary Kirsten, the team seems in a relaxed mood despite Pakistan’s poor preparations for the tournament, which saw them lose 0-2 in the four-match T20I series against England.

However, Pakistan are an unpredictable team and should not be underestimated as they have the potential to beat any team if they are in good form.

Usman Khan shared a video on his X account where he can be seen interacting with his Pakistan teammates after dining out at a restaurant in the US. In the video, Usman Khan, in his usual style, can be seen interacting with his teammates as they laugh during a team bonding session.

The video features Babar Azam, Gary Kirsten, Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, Wahab Riaz, Naseem Shah and Azam Khan among others.

In the video, Usman Khan can be seen looking around and addressing his teammates who are laughing and recording his funny speech on their mobile phones.

In the video, Usman said he spent 23,800 dirhams on shopping when he came to the US from Pakistan and that one of his teammates wore a shirt worth 8,000 dirhams to a meal, leaving him unable to sleep for two days, making his teammates laugh hysterically.

Pakistan will play their opening match against the United States in Dallas on Thursday before facing arch rivals India in a thrilling clash in New York on Sunday.
