On Thursday, June 6, the United States of America (USA) will take on former champions Pakistan at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas.
The USA team started their T20 World Cup campaign in style with a seven-wicket defeat against Canada at the same venue. The team achieved the target of 195 runs in just 17.4 overs, with Aaron Jones delivering a brilliant innings of 94 runs off 40 balls.

The Dallas pitch looks to be favorable for hitters, but fastballers could also find some movement with the new ball.
Pakistan, on the other hand, has a rich history in T20 cricket, having reached the semi-finals in 2021 and finished as runners-up in 2022. Led by Babar Azam, Pakistan has a strong bowling side and will be determined to end their title drought since 2009.
However, ahead of the match, Pakistan captain Azam announced that all-rounder Imad Wasim would be unavailable due to injury.
