Property company AM Sci Tech has expanded its leasing and management team at Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Park with the hiring of Jen Foster as commercial leasing manager.

The company said Foster brought “extensive experience and knowledge from the oil and gas and property sectors” and that Aberdeen is home to a number of energy and fuel companies operating in the nearby North Sea.

Mr Foster previously worked in logistics and account management at DOF Subsea’s CSL and has spent the past five years with Barratt and David Wilson Homes. During his time at Barratt he was a senior sales advisor based in Aberdeen and the North East.

AM Scitec said Mr Foster’s role with the company will be to market Bridge of Don park, working in partnership with the park management team and agents Leiden and Knight Frank.

Cherry Paton, property manager for Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Park, said in a statement: “We are thrilled to welcome Jen on board. She is a natural socialite and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role. She will bring a fresh perspective and objective viewpoint that will help drive the marketing of the park.”

“She is recruiting tenants and will continue to attract businesses to locate here. We are encouraged by the volume of enquiries we’ve received, which speaks to the continued demand for the type of space we’re offering.”
