There’s a new trend emerging at Disney Parks that’s making us a little uneasy.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t have to do with a new food trend or merchandise line, but rather the live entertainment throughout the parks. Live entertainment is what makes Disney Parks so magical and alive! We love seeing Belle and the Beast here. “Beauty and the Beast: Live on Stage” in Hollywood StudiosSo, “Mickey’s Magical Friendship Fair” The castle stage is lit up all day long, Magic KingdomAs much as we love all things live entertainment, it seems like Disney is slowly taking away certain live entertainment.
recently, Disneyland This will end the serialization of “Doctor Strange: Mysteries of the Mystic Arts” in Avengers Campus at Disney California AdventureThis seems like a “weird” move for Disney, considering they built an ancient sanctuary for this show.
The show is performed multiple times throughout the day, avengers campus In life. The final performance is scheduled for June 30th. Disney said Doctor Strange will continue to make appearances at Avengers Campus, walking around the campus and meeting and greeting visitors.
Disneyland Currently celebrating Pixar Fest,and California Adventurecan be found Club PixarThis area of the park is HollywoodlandThe first night was scheduled to feature dancers and a DJ, but Disney removed them from the evening’s party. Sources said these changes were “Guest feedback and operational considerations.”
Club Pixar It’s open from 4:30pm to 8:30pm and features photo ops and games without dancers or a DJ.
Though unconfirmed, there is speculation that Disney is making these changes in response to 1,700 entertainment performers at Disneyland voting to unionize under the Actors Guild.

I recently checked the daily event calendar for Disneyland and was surprised by what was on offer. Here’s what’s on offer for June 29th:

- The amazing Spiderman!
- Club Pixar
- Buena Vista Street residents
- Doctor Strange: The Secret of Mystical Moves
- Five and Dime
- Guardians of the Galaxy: The Amazing Dance Showdown!
- Operation: Playtime! – Introducing the Green Army Patrol
- Paradise Gardens Bandstand
- Wakandan Warriors: The Code of the Dora Milaje
And on June 30th, the calendar will only have:
- Doctor Strange: The Secret of Mystical Moves
- Club Pixar
- Buena Vista Street residents
- Paradise Gardens Bandstand
While Disneyland has not confirmed that these shows will not be returning, we are extremely nervous. Entertainment seems to be booming Disney World New stage show is new Community Hall & Plaza. “Celebration Encanto! “ It is held every day Communico Plaza Stage From now until mid-September.
