The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued multiple recalls last week, including a recall notice for more than 200,000 Chrysler SUVs and trucks due to a software glitch.

Want to see if a recall has been issued for your vehicle? If you don’t see your car listed below, check USA TODAY’s auto recall database or search for new recalls in NHTSA’s database. On the NHTSA website, you can search for recalls based on your vehicle identification number (VIN).

Here’s what you need to know about vehicle recalls announced by NHTSA from June 9 through June 15.

Kia is recalling 1,075 2024 Sportage vehicles. According to an NHTSA report, the automaker said a circuit board in the motorized power steering assembly could short out, which could cause a loss of power for steering assistance. If drivers lose power steering assistance, this could increase the risk of a crash.

Kia dealers will replace the motorized power steering electric power pack as a free service. Recall notification letters are expected to arrive by August 6. Owners can contact Kia customer service at 1-800-333-4542. The Kia phone number for this recall is SC319.

Toyota voluntarily recalls vehicles due to distorted images from front and rear cameras

Toyota has issued a voluntary recall of approximately 13,000 2023 Crown vehicles due to the possibility of water getting into the front and rear cameras.

Toyota has announced a voluntary recall of 13,000 2023 Crown vehicles in North America. According to the company, water may get into the front-view or rear-view camera casing, causing the camera to short out. This causes the driver’s front-view or rear-view camera image to not be displayed correctly. If the rear-view image is not displayed, this could increase the risk of hitting objects or injuring pedestrians while the vehicle is reversing, Toyota said in a press release.

Toyota will replace the cameras free of charge to drivers of affected vehicles, with notification letters expected by mid-August. Owners can contact Toyota customer support by calling the Toyota Brand Engagement Center at 1-800-331-4331.

General Motors is recalling 13,464 2024-2025 Chevrolet Corvettes because seat belts fail to restrain passengers.

General Motors is recalling 13,464 2024-2025 Chevrolet Corvettes. In an NHTSA report, the automaker said the driver and passenger seat belt retractors could become locked in the stowed position, preventing occupants from accessing them. If the seat belts fail to restrain occupants in the vehicle, this increases the risk of injury in the event of a crash.

Dealers will replace the driver and passenger seat belt retractors free of charge. Recall notices will be mailed on July 22. Owners can contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. GM’s phone number for this recall is N242441390.

Chrysler recalls vehicles due to software defect in ABS control module

Chrysler is recalling the 2022 Dodge Durango due to a software defect.

Chrysler is recalling 211,581 vehicles due to a software defect that could cause the ABS control module to disable the electronic stability control system. Driving with the electronic stability control system disabled could increase the risk of a crash, the NHTSA report said.

The agency also found that the vehicles did not comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 126, “Electronic Stability Control Systems.”

To resolve this issue, dealers will update the software or buy back the ABS control module. This service will be provided free of charge. Notification letters will be sent out on July 26th. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC Customer Service at 1-800-853-1403. The FCA US, LLC number for this recall is 56B.
