Thrifty fashion lovers aren’t the only ones twisting, tying, and DIYing shawls into shirts: Hailey Bieber also wore the trending scarf-top trend, fashioning a strapless shirt out of a bandana. And because she’s a certified beauty mogul who prefers to go pants-free, she’s wearing just her underwear.
To remind her followers that Lorde’s blush will be available to purchase starting Thursday, June 20, not to be missed by beauty lovers trying out the summer blush trend, Bieber shared a photo from a low-key photoshoot on Instagram. Photographed by Sean Thomas and styled by Dani Michelle, the outdoor shot sees Bieber standing in golden-hour light wearing a blue-and-white floral scarf top that falls just above her pregnant belly. (In case you missed it, she’s expecting her first child with husband Justin Bieber.) Underneath, she’s sporting floral briefs. On top of that, she accessorized with a megawatt eternity ring and a coquette bow headband.

The only accessory to her look was a pretty pink blush on her cheeks, which she spent over two years perfecting at Rhode University.[W]”I’ll be selling @rhode blush on Piggy! Artfully wrapped scarf tops aren’t just “cute.” They’re a trend that began to explode in 2021, helped by viral TikToks that taught viewers how to make unique shirts by simply folding a scarf. Creators tried out the style with everything from thrift-store finds to Hermès silk. Unlike the overly casual summer workwear ideas on the app, the real-world practicality of these videos carried over to offline as well. In the years since, brands have jumped on the bandwagon by designing ready-made bandana tops and oversized, foldable scarves.
