Liberty 77 Capital Liberty 77 increased its stake in the entertainment studio to 9,225,836 shares. The company achieved this by purchasing 1,249,130 ​​Lionsgate shares at prices ranging from $7.52 to $8.35 per share between June 6 and June 17. With this purchase, Liberty 77 now owns 11% of Lionsgate’s outstanding shares. The stock price has fallen about 19% so far this year.

EIG Veteran sold 3,128,213 shares of USA Compression stock between May 7 and June 14 at prices ranging from $23 to $25.14 per share. As a result of the sale, EIG Veteran will continue to hold 8.3 percent of USA Compression’s outstanding shares.

Invesco

Trian Fund Management Trian reduced its holding in the investment management company to 27,223,734 shares by selling 6,614,516 Invesco shares at prices ranging from $14.78 to $15.63 per share between April 23 and June 13. Following the sale, Trian Fund Management continues to hold 6.1% of Invesco’s outstanding shares. Invesco shares have fallen about 16% so far this year.

Shino

Insight Venture Partners X The company reduced its holding in the cloud-based software company to 27,141,639 shares. Insight Venture sold 1,871,828 nCino shares in an open market transaction on June 12 at prices between $31.40 and $32 per share. Following the sale, Insight continues to hold 23.6% of nCino’s outstanding shares. The stock has fallen about 9% so far this year.

Sea Drill

Elliott Management The company reduced its stake in the offshore drilling contractor to 4,164,422 shares. Elliott Management sold 654,071 shares of Seadrill stock between May 23 and June 13 at prices ranging from $48.97 to $51.89 per share. Following the sale, Elliott Management continues to hold 5.6% of Seadrill’s outstanding shares. The stock price has risen about 3% over the past year.

Hibbett Sports

Bronte Capital Management Bronte reduced its stake in sportswear retailer Hibbett Sports to 605,382 shares. It accomplished this by selling 3,850 shares of Hibbett Sports stock for $86.34 per share on May 20. Following the sale, Bronte Capital now holds 5.1% of Hibbett Sports’ shares outstanding. The stock has risen about 21% so far this year.
