What we know about the show
The drone was built by SkyElements, a company that specializes in drone content production and advertising, whose shows have been featured on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” broadcast to major league baseball stadiums and broken two Guinness World Records.
Paradise Coast officials said the show will feature 300 drones, with the imagery based on a Fourth of July theme, featuring animated American flags, fireworks and eagles, as well as a variety of paradise and sports-related imagery.

Why drones and not fireworks?
Paradise Coast Regional Manager Marissa Baker said in an email that drone shows allow for greater creativity and flexibility because they can create intricate patterns, animations and text in the sky. Baker added that drone shows are also a more environmentally friendly alternative to fireworks.
