WWE and Indiana Sports Corp. have partnered to bring the sports entertainment company’s three major stadium events, Royal Rumble, SummerSlam and WrestleMania, to Indianapolis.

The two companies announced Monday that the first partnership of its kind will see the Royal Rumble take place at Lucas Oil Stadium on Feb. 1, 2025. In the future, the stadium will also host two back-to-back SummerSlam events and two back-to-back WrestleMania events.

WWE, which is owned by TKO Group Holdings, has said the combined economic impact of WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble will exceed $300 million.

The deal includes WWE television programming, Raw, Smackdown and NXT, as well as live WWE events at arenas in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville and elsewhere during the partnership.

“For more than 40 years, our city’s sports strategy has brought millions of visitors and provided valuable media coverage that has built our international brand,” Patrick Talty, president of Indiana Sports Corp., said in a statement. “Our partnership with WWE furthers that strategy in new and exciting ways.”

Founded in 1979, Indiana Sports Corporation has produced more than 500 sporting events both domestically and internationally, including Super Bowl XLVI, the College Football Playoff National Championship, the Men’s and Women’s NCAA Final Fours and 11 Big Ten Football Championship Games, which have generated more than $4 billion in total direct spending in the community, according to the company.
