Pakistan Railways starts ‘summer holiday’ train service

Pakistan Railways announces special summer trainsPakistan Railways announces special summer trains Anticipating increased travel demand during the upcoming summer vacation period, Pakistan Railways has introduced a dedicated “Summer Vacation Special” train between Karachi and Rawalpindi. The special train will provide an additional mode of transport for passengers wanting to travel between the two cities. The train will depart Karachi at 8:45 PM and reach Lahore the next day at 3:40 PM. It will then proceed to Rawalpindi and begin its maiden run from the station at 12:30 PM on July 5. To cater to the diverse needs of passengers, the train will include 17 coaches: * 2 Air-conditioned Business Class Vans * 2 Air-conditioned Standard Class Vans * 12 Economy Class Vans * 1 Power Van These coaches offer different levels of comfort and amenities to cater to different budgets and preferences. With ample capacity and convenient schedule, the Summer Vacation Special train is expected to be a welcome mode of transport for travellers during the peak vacation season.

Pakistan Railways has announced special summer holiday trains to cater to the increasing number of passengers during the holiday period.

The recently introduced “Summer Holiday Special Train” will run between Karachi and Rawalpindi. The special train is scheduled to leave Karachi at 8:45 pm and reach Lahore at 3:40 pm the next day.

The special train will begin its first run from Rawalpindi at 12:30 pm on July 5.

To cater to the diverse needs of passengers, the train is equipped with 17 coaches.

The bus fleet comprises of 2 AC Business Class vans, 2 AC Standard Class vans, 12 Economy Class vans and 1 Power Van.
