The Olympics are looming later this month, which means it’s time for the U.S. team to start making adjustments.
The men’s basketball team will begin a five-game exhibition series on Wednesday, July 10. The U.S. team will play five games on three different continents, with exhibition matches taking place in Las Vegas, Abu Dhabi and London.
LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant headline Team USA’s star roster, while Jrue Holiday and Jayson Tatum represent the reigning NBA champion Celtics and rising Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards is primed to make his Olympic debut.
The women’s basketball team will be playing an exhibition game against Germany in London on July 23. The team roster is packed with talented players, including Kelsey Plumb, Sabrina Ionescu and Breanna Stewart.
Plum and A’ja Wilson are among four players selected from the reigning WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces.
