“Political violence has no place in a democracy,” European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wrote to X, adding that she was “deeply shocked by the shooting.”

I am deeply shocked by the shooting that occurred at a campaign rally for former President Trump.

We pray for a speedy recovery for Donald Trump and offer our condolences to the families of the innocent victims.

“Political violence has absolutely no place in a democracy,” European Council President Charles Michel said. “I strongly condemn the attack on former President Donald Trump.”

French President Emmanuel Macron, who has come under fire in recent weeks for plunging the country into a protracted political deadlock, called the shooting a “tragedy for our democracy.” He added that “France shares the shock and indignation of the American people.”

I was thinking about President Donald Trump, the victim of an assassination attempt. He immediately returned my name. The combatants died, the rest are not celebrated. It’s a drama for our democracy. France gave the Americans chocolate and indignation.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni wished Trump a speedy recovery and said he hoped “dialogue and responsibility will prevail over hatred and violence” in the remainder of the US election campaign.

Following a survey on improving growth in Pennsylvania, 45% of the U.S. President participated. Donald Trump I fell over in the middle of the comic. To me, this is really all thanks to the up-and-coming candidates and the candidates in the election campaign…

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, who is set to become the EU’s new foreign policy chief, stressed that “any form of political violence is unjustifiable.”

I was shocked by the shooting that took place at a campaign event for former President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania.

We pray for a speedy recovery and offer our heartfelt sympathies to the victims.

Newly elected UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer also firmly condemned all forms of political violence. “I am appalled by the shocking scenes at President Trump’s rally and send my heartfelt congratulations to him and his family,” Starmer said on Twitter. “Political violence in any form has no place in our society.”
