Taylor Swift left her audience in Milan, Italy after her acoustic performance leaving them thinking they were “the best.”
Dressed in a sophisticated sunrise orange dress, Swift picked up her guitar and stepped up to the microphone.
“I’m trying things I’ve never done before and songs I haven’t performed for a long time,” she told a packed crowd at San Siro stadium in Italy’s fashion capital.
“I’ve never done this song in an acoustic section, so…” Swift said, strumming “The 1,” which she performed during the first year of the Eras tour and used as the opening number during her “Folklore” era. When Swift combined “Folklore” and “Evermore” into one set during a show in Paris, “Cardigan” became the opening number.
The singer mashed up “Wonderland” from “1989 (Taylor’s Version).”

An Italian spectator told Taylor: “You’re so beautiful.”
Before she began her piano performance, the Italian audience chanted “Sei bellisima,” which means “You are so beautiful.”
Lost for words, Swift covered her mouth and said, “Wow, no one has ever been this nice to me in my life.”
“I think I’m still awake tonight,” she sang from a flower-adorned piano, the opening lines of “I Almost Do” from “Red (Taylor’s Version)” sending the crowd into a frenzy. Her wristband glowed bright blue, and the moment was beautiful, but… An insect flew into Swift’s mouth. Then she stopped and coughed.
“There are a lot of bugs here tonight,” she said.
This was the third time bugs have interrupted the Ellas tour: during the third show at Wembley Stadium, Ellas asked the London audience to keep singing “All Too Well” after a bug flew into his mouth, and during the third show in Chicago, a similar incident occurred at Soldier Field.
After performing the chorus of “I Almost Do,” Swift belted out the heartbreaking breakup song “The Moment I Knew” in Milan, where she has one more show to go.
