Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon on Wednesday provided an update on the health of President Asif Ali Zardari, confirming that his condition is improving.

In a post on X, Sharjeel Memon addressed rumours suggesting the president’s transfer to Dubai, stating that these reports were inaccurate and reassured the public that President Zardari will make a full recovery soon.

The president had been moved from Nawabshah to a private hospital in Karachi, where he underwent medical tests. According to hospital sources, Zardari was admitted due to an infection and fever.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also contacted the president to inquire about his health and expressed well wishes.

“The entire nation’s prayers are with you. May Allah grant you a speedy and complete recovery,” said PM.

Additionally, Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori reached out to Dr. Asim, President Zardari’s physician, for an update on his condition and extended his best wishes for the president’s health.
