Donald Trump shared an AI video showing himself as ‘King Trump’ in a jet flying over New York City protests

Donald Trump responded to the nationwide “No Kings” protests with an AI-generated video showing himself as a crowned pilot in a fighter jet labelled “King Trump.”

The video, shared on his Truth Social account on Saturday evening, depicts the US president flying over New York City as the Top Gun theme “Danger Zone” plays in the background.

In the 19-second clip, “King Trump” wears a gold crown inside the jet cockpit. The aircraft then releases a brown liquid over protesters in the streets below. The video carries a watermark attributed to the creator @XERIAS_X. The AI-produced post quickly went viral, drawing both outrage and amusement across social media platforms.

Trump also shared another AI video the same day, originally posted by Vice President JD Vance on BlueSky, in which Trump places a crown on his own head and raises a sword to the soundtrack of Avenged Sevenfold’s “Hail to the King.”

The White House, responding to the day’s events, posted an image on X showing Trump and Vance wearing crowns above Democratic leaders Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer, captioned, “We’re built different. Have a good night, everyone. 👑.”

According to CNN, nearly seven million people participated in over 2,700 “No Kings” demonstrations across all 50 US states. The protests were supported by public figures including Robert De Niro, Mark Ruffalo, Glenn Close, and Jimmy Kimmel.

This latest post continues Trump’s history of sharing AI-generated media. Previous uploads have shown him as a Pope, a superhero, and the imagined leader of a “Trump Gaza” resort.
