GUANGZHOU, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping declared the 15th National Games open on Sunday.
Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the opening ceremony of the Games in Guangzhou, capital city of Guangdong Province. ■
