TIANJIN, Jan. 2 (Xinhua) — The Sky Terrace and “the Summit of Tianjin” sightseeing hall, two newly-opened observation decks in north China’s Tianjin, have attracted large numbers of visitors who came for city views during the New Year’s Day holiday.
