The visit reaffirmed the enduring Pakistan-Malaysia naval partnership and commitment to future-oriented maritime cooperation, according to the Pakistan Navy.

The visit comes as Pakistan deepens military ties with regional partners. Just four days ago, Pakistan kicked off the 9th International Pakistan Army Team Spirit (PATS) Competition 2026, with the attendance of contingents from the forces of 19 friendly countries, including Malaysia.
