It’s been just a week since Hailey Bieber shocked the world with her pregnancy announcement and had everyone in the fashion world thinking wildly about the expectant mom’s wardrobe. But model and Lorde founder Bieber was spotted in Los Angeles with her husband in a gray cropped T-shirt and an oversized suit, stylishly showing off her growing belly bump. It didn’t take long to show off. (Her boxy blazer is from Balenciaga, and the slouchy pants are from Wardrobe’s collaboration with her NYC.) To finish off her look, she wears Proenza Schouler loafers, Saint Laurent sunglasses, and gold Heaven added her mayhem her earrings.
As someone who has seen and filed away nearly every last street style and Instagram outfit Bieber wore; I don’t know, 5 years, seeing her first bold fashion choice since the big news made me think back to all of her recent fashions before the announcement, and one thing they all have in common. I went back to see if my hunch was correct, and indeed all the proof I needed was that Bieber continues to wear the oversized suit trend in everything from Hollywood parties to closet selfies. Found it.
