PESHAWAR: At least four police personnel and three civilians were injured when an explosive device targeted a mobile police vehicle in Peshawar on Thursday, senior police officials confirmed.  According to Peshawar’s Chief City Police Officer Dr Saeed Ahmad, the police vehicle was on a routine patrol when the blast occurred. “The explosion took place suddenly, injuring four of our personnel.
