The Montana Political Practices Commission has ruled that Republican attorney general candidate, Daniels County Attorney Logan Olson, is ineligible to run for Montana attorney general in the 2024 primary election, but did not say he knowingly violated the law.Commissioner Chris Gallus said he doesn’t have the power to act on Olson even if it’s found that he knowingly violated the law.
