A senior Huawei official has reportedly made a rare admission that China’s ambitious semiconductor efforts may have peaked. Boxer Ryan Garcia was arrested Saturday at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Beverly Hills on suspicion of felony criminal damage to property, according to Beverly Hills police.Lt.
