Giant pandas will return to the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., this year, officials announced Wednesday. Two-year-old pandas, Bao Li and Qin Bao, are expected to arrive at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute by the end of the year.
