PHOTO: PID/FILE Former prime minister Imran Khan’s advisor on interior and accountability, Mirza Shehzad Akbar, has been declared a proclaimed offender, Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Abbas Shah has announced. The judge has also ordered Akbar’s arrest. Despite being summoned multiple times, Akbar has reportedly failed to appear before court. The case against him was filed on the basis of allegedly controversial statements posted on X (formerly Twitter).
