In a recent five-page verdict, the Supreme Court has set guidelines for determining the maintenance amount to be received for a child after dissolution of a marriage. ISLAMABAD: Almost half of the 266 deaths linked to heavier-than-normal monsoon rains were children on their national school holidays, officials said Friday. Most of the deaths have occurred in Punjab, the most populous province, where monsoon rainfall has been 70 percent higher than last year, said Mazhar Hussain from the Punjab Provincial Disaster Management Agency. “Children are very vulnerable to this situation.
