RAWALPINDI: An aerial survey conducted jointly by the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department Punjab and the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has uncovered over 15,000 upscale residences, villas, plazas, and commercial units in prominent housing societies across Rawalpindi that are not registered for property tax, commercial tax, or luxury tax.
