Bengaluru is known as the Silicon Valley of India as most of the Indian technology companies and startups are headquartered there. The city is well known for its atmosphere, long traffic jams, and expensive housing. Recently, a young woman used an ingenious way to find her perfect place in Bengaluru. She adapted the famous Instagram trend “Man in Finance.” She created her own version of the trend and combined it with the characteristics of her needs.

“Desperate situations call for desperate measures, so here’s my take on trends,” Neha said in an Instagram video, with music from the popular trend ‘Man in finance’ heard in the background as she repeats her requirements like “flat, bangalore, apartment, broker, 2BHK, for rent, trending, looking, bangalore.”

Netizens loved the way Neha put a creative spin on a popular trend. The video has already garnered over 150,000 views and 3,000 likes. People who live in Bangalore and understand the complexities of finding the right place to live are relating to her video.

“This is harder than finding a ‘money, trust fund, 6’11, blue eyes’ property,” one user wrote in the comments section, sarcastically criticizing the property-hunting process in Bangalore. “You’d be better off buying in Mysore, your commute would be about the same as having a house in Electronic City,” said another.

“Bengaluru is like a galaxy. You have to tell them what part of the galaxy you’re looking at. The price will fluctuate accordingly,” said a third, noting that details are key when house hunting in Bengaluru.

Several people shared details of properties so she could check them out and see if they met her requirements, and many real estate sites also commented on her video with suggestions.
