Cameron Boozer

North Augusta, South Carolina – Rivals national analyst, while the 2024 Peach Jam is underway Rob Cassidyis wrapping up four days at the event, and Cassidy watched dozens of high-level matches at the North Augusta Events Center last week and is handing out awards based on the most eye-catching performances he witnessed.

Aiming for the top spot: Jordan Smith

Jordan Smith

Smith is already ranked highly in the Rivals 150, but it’s becoming clear that his current ranking of No. 7 isn’t enough. The Virginia-based guard has played like a top-five prospect lately, and with more consistent long-distance jumping ability, he could be in contention for a spot as the top prospect in the 2026 class.

At Peach Jam, Smith displayed a dynamic, versatile and explosive offensive game that included impressive shot creation, finishing through contact and a disruptive defensive presence.

With no surefire winner at the top of the 2026 rankings, Smith makes a compelling case. He’ll undoubtedly move up in the next update, but it’s unclear how high he’ll ultimately go.

Recruitment: LouisvilleProvidence, Miami, Syracuse, Houston, Michigan There are other people connected to Smith, but let’s hope that some big name names get involved in the near future. Duke and North Carolina We have been investigating the hiring of security guards through back channels.

*****

Floor General: Dylan Mingo

Dylan Mingo

As one of the youngest and tallest point guards in the 2026 class, Mingo’s obvious potential is translating into credible production in multiple facets of the game. Standing at 6’5″, Mingo impacts the game in a variety of ways beyond just his scoring ability. Mingo is averaging 20 points per game so far in the Peach Jam and is one of the scoring leaders in the under-16 event.

But he’s not just a one-trick pony. The sophomore is already a solid positional rebounder and is showing signs of growth as a facilitator. His long-range shot has been a bit shaky as of late, but his release has been repeatable and promising. Mingo has especially shined defensively in his two appearances, where his length and lateral quickness have allowed him to create total chaos on the perimeter. He’s averaging 3.5 steals per game, a Peach Jam high.

Recruitment: Mingo’s recruiting journey is still in its early stages, so a lot will change. But for now, Arkansas, Pennsylvania State University and Florida The Nittany Lions appear to be heavily involved with his older brother, the 2025 guard. Kayden MingoSo it may be worth keeping an eye on how that situation develops.

*****

Stock booster: Luca Foster

Luca Foster

Foster is currently ranked as the No. 108 prospect in the Rivals150, but is clearly well within the top 100. His well-rounded game and underrated athleticism will no doubt see his name up there in the next update.

The EYBL Team Finals star displayed his true two-way talent on Monday against ProSkills, where he showed off a pair of chase down blocks, a solid three-point shooting stroke and one of the highlights of the event, an explosive dunk over the head of a taller defender near the rim.

Foster is still inexperienced and has been inconsistent at times in terms of notable player selections, but there are plenty of signs that suggest he is starting to put it all together.

Recruitment: Foster recently received an offer from the University of Miami and also holds offers from programs such as: temple, Villanova and Pennsylvania State University.

Freight train: Tunde Yesufu

Tunde Yesufu

Few players have the explosive strength and muscle to be a weapon in transition and off screens like Yesuf, and while he still has work to do with his long-range jump shot, he’s a dominant force in most other aspects of the game.

Yesoukh is averaging 21.8 points per game in four Peach Jam games and is shooting well from long distance in a small sample size. The four-star wing has become increasingly skilled, which combines with his incredible strength and athleticism to help him shine.

Recruitment: Yessoufou recently visited U.S.C.. Arizona, Washington, Kansas and Kentucky As summer ends and we move into fall, and the possibility of an engagement increases, these couples will likely be in the spotlight as well.

*****

Business as usual: Cameron Boozer

There’s not much to say about Boozer’s game beyond what’s already been said. His dominance in rebounding and box scores is well-known, and the fact that he averages 22.5 points per game and ranks second in the Peach Jam will surprise no one. But what’s most impressive is the five-star player’s relentless efficiency. Boozer shot 63 percent from the field and made 6 of 10 three-pointers in four games at Augusta.

Boozer is one of the best prospects in his class, and his average of 10 rebounds a game is a product of his exceptional instincts for loose balls. But what’s most notable about Boozer’s game may be his consistency. Bad performances of any kind have been few and far between lately.

Recruitment: Boozer’s recruiting appears to be a two-team battle between Duke and Miami, with most projecting the top-ranked prospect and his twin brother. Caydenfollowing in his famous father’s footsteps and moving to Durham, but the Hurricanes can’t be completely written off at this point.

*****

Rank Breaker: Jackson Terry

Jackson Terry

Terry wasn’t nationally known prior to his time at Peach Jam, and he still isn’t now, but the Massachusetts-based wing has shown this week that he’s worthy of being in the Rivals150 conversation.

On Sunday, Terry displayed true three-level scoring ability in a Team Finals match against the Expressions Elite Team, watched by multiple head coaches. The 2026 prospect is still a bit raw from a shot creation standpoint, but there were plenty of signs he’s honing his ball-handling and reliable jump shot from both mid- and long-range. He also shone defensively, cracking off his relentless motor. Terry finished with 19 points and five rebounds.

Recruitment: Providence had already made Terry a priority and was the only program to call him when the signing period opened on June 15. Head coach Kim English English was courtside for at least one Peach Jam match this week and made a strong early assessment of Terry, who will likely be included in the rankings in the next update. Terry is expected to receive more high-major offers in the future.
