New York City – On Wednesday, bystanders outside former President Trump’s criminal trial blasted what they called a political indictment of President Biden’s biggest political opponent and the former president.
“This case will damage the American justice system for decades to come,” a man outside the courtroom told Fox News Digital. “It’s politicizing the courts. Look, this is terrible at this level… I don’t care about Trump, this is damaging to the country.”
Asked if he thought the trial was politically motivated, the man laughed and agreed, saying, “There’s also an economic motive.”
“Let’s be fair, let’s lay out the Trump cards, if Biden is afraid to lay out the Trump cards and ask what happened with the cocaine in the White House, the public still wants to know…why won’t CNN publish it, why?”
Another man wearing a New York Yankees cap told Fox News Digital: “Why isn’t this news? I’m not racist. I’ve been a Democrat for a long time.” [time]But I had to research and start to understand things, and I started to come to a clear realization and said, ‘No, Donald Trump is right.'”

“I don’t have to agree with him on everything, but one thing I can say is … he loves taking care of people, he loves people,” the man added.
“Because he’ll do anything for us,” a woman outside the courtroom told Fox News Digital when asked why she thinks Trump is a “good president.”
Another man told Fox News Digital that Democrats are “desperate” and “going crazy.”

“They have lost their cool, they are so scared that Trump might win, they have completely lost their minds,” the man holding an American flag added.
When asked what he thought the outcome of the trial would be, the man replied, “His approval rating will go up. We have a constitution, so sooner or later, whatever happens first is going to be overturned. So let’s be thankful we’re a constitutional republic.”
The man said he “wouldn’t be surprised” if Trump was convicted in the New York City case, but that “the jury’s verdict appears to be unanimous.”
“This case shows the weakness of the American criminal justice system,” the man said. “Half of the population doesn’t understand that America is a constitutional republic. They think the so-called ‘majority’ should make the laws, but that’s not true. The Constitution takes precedence over the majority.”

Jurors in the case received their final instructions on Wednesday and were dispatched to consider whether Trump was guilty of 34 charges arising from allegations that he improperly concealed a non-disclosure agreement with porn actress Stormy Daniels. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all the charges, dismissing them as political prosecutions.
