The recall involves plastic toy pinwheels that were given away for free as promotional items at Cotton On stores. The toy windmill is multi-colored and has the words “KIDS” and “COTTON ON” written in white letters on the windmill.
Therapy:
Consumers should immediately stop using recalled wind turbines and discard the products. As this product is distributed free of charge, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The company has received one report of a child swallowing a zipper cap that came off.
