The rally came at a time when chief ministers of all BJP-ruled states were arriving in Delhi for the ninth Governing Council meeting of the NITI Aayog. The agenda of the BJP meeting included discussing the election results of each state and formulating a future strategy.

Top BJP leaders, including party president JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh, attended the meeting at the BJP headquarters chaired by Prime Minister Modi.
Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, Tripura CM Manik Saha, Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Kumar Yadav, Manipur CM N Biren Singh, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, Goa CM Pramod Sawant, Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai, Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu, Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi and others attended the meeting.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Nagaland Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton, Bihar Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhury and Vijay Kumar Sinha and Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari were also present at the meeting.

According to the news agency PTIDuring the meeting, discussions were held on state government plans. Each state presented its plan and its implementation and review plan.
The report states that PM Modi spoke about guiding the state towards all-round development. The results of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections were also discussed.Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana“Har Ghar Nal Se Jal” and “Har Ghar Nal Se Jal” were also on the agenda during the meeting, it said.
