Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon’s brother dies in accident in Oregon, NBA sources say

Drew Gordon, the older brother of Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon, has died in a car accident in Clackamas County, Oregon. He was 33, NBA insider Shams Charania reported Thursday night.

Drew Gordon has died in a car accident at the age of 33. Gordon played nine games for the 76ers in the 2014-15 season and played professionally in the U.S. and overseas since his collegiate days at New Mexico and UCLA. Drew was the older brother of Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon. May he rest in peace.

Charania posted on X that the 33-year-old former NBA player died on Thursday after an accident.

The Clackamas Sheriff’s Office also posted a message confirming their response to the fatal crash in Oregon.

Gordon played in nine NBA games for the Philadelphia 76ers in 2014-15. He played college basketball at New Mexico and UCLA.
