PYONGYANG, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) — The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) held a military parade Friday at Kim Il Sung Square in central Pyongyang to celebrate the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the WPK and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, made a speech at the event, which was attended by some foreign leaders. ■
